I have a medical condition/ or injury - can I still practice yoga?

In most instances you can practice yoga with an injury or medical condition. Tonita Wellness focuses on a personalised approach to yoga teaching. Additionally, it is advised to speak with the yoga instructor before or during the class about any concerns that you may have.
